We lost our mum 4 months ago sadly, Michelle and her team was absolutely amazing throughout the support of our mum, they went above and beyond for her and for us. the support was so lovely and kind no matter what they had to deal with. They took so much pressure off of us the whole year they was with us nothing was to much for them. Michelle is so caring and understands the needs of both her team and her clients that was something I've never seen before. Michelle and her team have been truly amazing over the last year. We’ve never met I’m Valerie, Molly’s Neice. I feel I have to write to you, and thank you and the PA’s for looking after Molly so wonderfully & loyally. I know that she thought the world of you all and Jenny has spoken so much about you all. I am so grateful that she had such wonderful support right up until the end. I didn’t join the family until I was 11 1/2, being fostered by Molly's brother, Alfred and wife Kathleen. Molly welcomed me with open arms and showed me so much love seeing her and was amazed at her energy and zest for life. Her 100th birthday party was an amazing day, an amazing lady who will be very much missed. Again thank you all for all the kindness you showed to her. We are all so grateful to you.

Dear Michelle,

Many, many thanks to you and your amazing team that supported Molly in her last days. I know she felt very lucky to be able to stay in her own home. She was an inspiration to me all my life. Molly always encouraged me in my career in teaching and I'm happy she got the exceptional support she needed and really will be sadly missed by many family and friends. So a huge thank you again and all the best to you and your wonderful team for 2023.

Michelle and her team looked after my aunt for almost 3 years. They were far more than “personal assistants,” becoming her friends and caring for her in every sense of the word. They switched from 3 visits a day to 24 hour care overnight when it became necessary and this enabled her to spend the last months of her life in her own home. We live 250 miles away and visited regularly but were always kept up to date by either Michelle or one of her team who would message us, send photos and advise of anything we could purchase to make Auntie Molly more comfortable. We can highly recommend them all.
